Terms of Service

Not ready for paid launch. The operator’s legal name, address, and support email must be inserted, and New York and New Jersey counsel must approve these documents before Solange accepts payment.

These Terms govern the Solange website, application process, and mobile application operated by [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME REQUIRED] (“Solange,” “we,” or “us”). Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL REQUIRED].

Eligibility and application

You must be at least 18 and provide truthful information. The landing-page application collects the profile and faith-context information you choose to submit for pre-invitation review. Membership is invitation-led and subject to application, photo, and video-introduction review. Solange may approve or reject an application or submitted profile content, but does not use a preferred Catholic liturgy or background as a test of whether someone is “Catholic enough.” Applying does not guarantee admission.

SOLANGE DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS ON ITS MEMBERS.

Invitation is not verification. Verification is not a background check. Matching is not a guarantee of safety or compatibility. Solange does not guarantee that a member is truthful, safe, Catholic in good standing, compatible, or available for a relationship, and does not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, or marriage.

Your conduct

You agree to follow the Catholic Community Standards and Dating Safety Notice. You may not impersonate others; harass, threaten, stalk, coerce, exploit, or defraud anyone; solicit money; publish another member’s private material; or submit content you lack the right to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of your profile, photographs, video introductions, prompts, and messages. You grant Solange a limited, nonexclusive licence to host, process, moderate, and display that content only as needed to operate the service. Application media is used for private review. Profile information you choose to display may be shown to eligible members. Messages are delivered to their recipients.

What exists today

Solange reviews applications, profile photos, and video introductions before issuing invitations and provides rules-based recommendations and matched messaging. User reporting, user blocking, appeals, fraud-ban notification, and in-app account deletion are not currently available. Do not rely on Solange for emergency assistance; contact emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Privacy and safety

The Privacy Policy explains current data practices. You are responsible for your communications and offline meetings. Solange is not responsible for another person’s conduct outside the service to the extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions

Paid memberships are not currently available. Before payment begins, the $20 monthly price, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, refund rules, statutory notices, and Subscription and Cancellation Terms must be presented and accepted.

Service availability and legal terms

The service may change or be interrupted and is provided “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Governing-law, dispute, liability, and operator-address provisions require counsel approval before launch.

Future clauses—not currently operative

Once the underlying features ship, these Terms must add operational provisions for reporting profiles and messages, blocking abusive members, moderation response targets, appeals, fraud-ban notifications, and in-app account deletion.
