Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Solange is not currently accepting subscription payments. This draft cannot govern a sale until the operator details, billing implementation, cancellation channel, and counsel review are complete.

Planned membership

The planned membership is one complete product at $20 per month. There are no paid tiers, boosts, advertisements, or paid feature advantages. Final renewal timing, taxes, payment processor, billing date, and cancellation controls must be disclosed before purchase.

New York cancellation right

YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY CANCELLATION FEE WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THIS CONTRACT.

A completed, dated Notice of Cancellation identifying the seller, cancellation email and deadline must be supplied electronically at purchase. Payments subject to this right must be returned as required by applicable law.

Dating Service Consumer Bill of Rights

  1. No covered social-referral contract may require more than the amount or term permitted by New York law.
  2. You cannot be required to purchase ancillary goods or services as a condition of membership.
  3. Applicable referral, cancellation, refund, hold, relocation, privacy, and deletion rights must be stated in the completed contract.
  4. You may have a right to bring an action if the provider violates the contract.

This summary is not the final statutory notice. The complete language required by GBL §394-c must be approved by New York counsel and displayed as a separate conspicuous notice at every sale and renewal.

Cancellation method

Before billing launches, Solange must provide a straightforward online cancellation method at least as easy as online enrollment, including compliance with New York City’s rule effective October 1, 2026. Cancellation email: [CANCELLATION EMAIL REQUIRED].

Refunds and account data

Final refund, membership-hold, service-area, and post-termination data-deletion terms require counsel approval. In-app account deletion is not currently built.
